I think you are subjectively using "FRIENDKILLER'S" hostile tone to validate your opinion that " There must be more movies like this". I was raised in Sw Georgia.there were very, very few Jews there ,it is an in an agricultural part of the Deepest part of the Deep South.In fact the only place I knew of any Jews residing was in Albany Georgia, a city of 100,000.as far as I know there were no Jews, at least in significant numbers, in the other small towns and villages of Sw. But this said what kind of man would I be in characterizing an entire race of human beings simply by having known and having been close friends with this boy? He was a good boy whom I considered a close friend and I believe I was enhanced by knowing him. I have no idea.Īs for myself I have known ONLY ONE Jew personally. However, I have no idea of this person's experience with Jews, perhaps he's had bad experiences with them. I don't know the man, so for all I know this is his usual way of expressing anything.
Now I'm being very subjective in this assessment. I must say that I think "FRIENDKILLER'S" language to be quite harsh.
